For those interested, I just launched the "Light the MUP" website.
The goal is to work together and make the MUP safer at night. Reflectors, personal light awareness/encouragement, etc, not just about lighting the MUP.
Over the past two weeks, I've spoken to lots of interested people with good ideas about this issue. Let's organize & share more ideas, get things started. There's a forum built right on the website
