If Sombrio Beach wasn't so isolated, so stuck in the dark ages, then a wild drunken spectacle wouldn't be seen as such a problem. It's not like there would be a ton of trash, garbage, and broken glass all over the beach the following day. People who attend such events always come back in the morning and clean up behind themselves, and never cause any trouble. Sombrio needs to establish more of a community, more of a sense of everyone getting along. Perhaps a few nightclubs or a brewery might be a good foundation to build a community on. This, like pipelines, would provide jobs.

Your comment is unfair to oil and pipelines.Use of oil has not led to domestic violence or liver damage.Oil does not make people scream and yell as they stagger home . Oil and alcohol both ruin our beaches though.

The GARAGE SALE , featuring tons of wonderful pre-owned items, at 240 Arnet, Saturday morning, will be a drug and alcohol free event.
